Post Op and Urologist Results

It's been a week since my lap, and I'm feeling pretty back to normal now. I'm still wearing stretchy pants and sweats beacause my two lower incisions are still sensitive. I hate going out in sweats... I guess it looks like I'm going for a work-out at least...

At my post-op I found out that I DO have endometriosis and that the cyst was a "chocolate cyst" or  endometrioma. Mh failed to tell me the part about the removal of mild endometriosis. His thinking was that because it was removed, it wasn't an issue. I was so out of it after the surgery that I don't even remember going over the "findings" with the surgeon. So, I didn't get all the info until the post op. The final Dx was removal of 5mm endometrioma and other mild endometriosis, which means, according to my Ob, I have moderate endometriosois. He said it shouldn't be cause our IF but definitely isn't helping.

Dh also had his 2nd urologist appointment today. At the last appointment he gave a sample for SA, and he was put on antibiotics for high WBC count. Turns out after analyzing the sample, that the WBCs were really immature sperm. The urologist believes are best bet would be to move on to IVF instead of trying IUIs because of the # of "motile" sperm. Dh's numbers are fine, but the motility is lower and the number of forward moving (motile) sperm is only 10 million. The urologist wrote a referral to our RE to move straight to IVF.

I'm not sure where I'm at in my cycle, due to being on BCPs for 3 months straight. So, once AF shows we're ready to head back to the RE for what looks like is going to be IVF.
