17 week update

I'm feeling movement!!! Not much, but for the last couple nights when I'm sitting down after dinner, I've felt the right side of my stomach harden a little bit and shift every so slightly. It's such an amazing feeling! I'm pretty sure it's baby C I'm feeling; looks like she's going to be an active one!

We had a busy day today. Dh had the day off work, so we figured it would be a great day to get a start on the babies room. We went to Pottery Barn Kids and purchased our cribs, dresser, and changing table. The cribs were on sale, plus we got the multilples and registry discounts. We really liked these cribs because they are nice and sturdy, but they are also narrow which will be perfect since we are tight on space.

After we went to Pottery Barn we went to Home Depot to pick-up paint swatches to match it to the nursery collection we picked out from Babies'r'us. After diving with sea turtles on our honeymoon, I fell in love with turtles... so when I saw this collection at Babies'r'us I thought it would be perfect for a neutral babies nursery.

Dh plans to spackle the babies room tonight and paint tomorrow. The paint color is a light orange (which happens to be dh's favorite color), but I'm hoping it doesn't turn out looking too peachy...we'll see....
