Acupuncture dreams

I survived my first acupuncture appointment yesterday. It actually was much better than I expected, and I feel great today. I only had one little scare... After the needles were in and she turned on the meditation cd, I ended up falling asleep for a bit. I don't really remember the dream I was having but it had to do with cats trying to scratch me (weird, I know).  Well as a result of my dream, I lifted my hand up and slammed it down, nearly jabbing one of the needles in my wrist. A lot of times right when I fall asleep this happens; I either jump and wake myself up or jolt a body part which wakes me up. So lesson learned; I don't think I will be falling asleep with needles in my body again.
